Click the link below which will take you to our adoptable pets. There you will see photos and a brief biography of each pet.

We are not always able to check our emails daily so urge you to telephone us at (519) 372-1911 if there is a pet shown that you would like to know more about. We do try to keep our adoptable pets list current but you never know – a telephone call could introduce you to a new, yet unlisted, pet that might just be right for you.

When you come out to the Shelter we encourage you to spend as much time as possible with the pet of your choice – adopting a new companion shouldn't be rushed and we strive to help you make the best possible match. If you are not able to come out and visit us immediately, we are willing to put a pet “on hold” for a couple of days (or until the coming weekend), but cannot keep the “hold” for an extended period. Our pets are vaccinated and spayed/neutered prior to adoption and our adoption fee varies accordingly.

Our Shelter Manager, Joan, will be happy to answer any questions you have, so please don’t hesitate to call us at (519) 372-1911.

Our Shelter is open 7 days a week from 8 am until noon.

Upcoming Events:

Speedy's surgery is scheduled for January 19th. Please send Pawsitive thoughts his way!

Don't forget to tune in to Rogers TV GBAS Adorable Adoptables - alternate Mondays.

Meet Nellie's Kittens...

These kittens have the most beautiful markings -- and the most beautiful personalities. They are very entertaining and make games out of everything in their room. They rush to the door to greet visitors and adore being petted. At 4 mos. of age they are vaccinated and really, really want homes of their own. Please click on the adoptions link above to find out more about them.
